Sakura Sakura ( さくらさくら? , Meaning cherry, cherry ) , or sometimes just Sakura , is a popular song traditional Japanese .

It was composed during the Edo era for children learning koto . The first words attached to this music were “Outbreak of cherry blossoms”. The song has become popular since the Meiji era, during which the lyrics were attached. This music has been used for many years for Obao brand advertising .

Cherry trees, cherry trees,
On green hills and mountains
As far as can be seen.
Is it fog or clouds?
Perfume in the morning sun.
Cherry trees, cherry blossoms,
Flowers in full bloom.Cherry trees, cherry trees,
Across the spring sky,
As far as we can see.
Is it fog or clouds?
Perfume in the air.
Come now, come,
let’s look at last!
